I had an interaction with a local council recently and I was impressed with the level of service provided by Surrey County Council. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and they addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The website was also user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. I would rate my experience with Surrey County Council as great.
