I had a mixed experience with Icon Printing. While their customer service was great and they were responsive to my queries, the quality of the actual print was not up to the mark. There were some inconsistencies and the colors were not as vibrant as I expected. However, they did rectify the issue promptly and provided a replacement. Overall, it was an average experience.
