Simply called for a reservation and was "greeted" with the worst and unfriendly front desk agent. If you can't manage a friendly conversation, I think you are in the wrong business. Spend a little time on customer service before ranting and screaming. We are a smaller RV willing to pay the cost of a larger space and they were simply not willing to listen to reason. That's ok, we got a larger pull thru site elsewhere with a friendly customer service rep. Thanks for nothing...
