I had an average experience with Malmo Bilcentrum. The customer service was decent, but the overall quality of their vehicles was just okay. I expected more for the price I paid. The staff was friendly, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. The showroom was clean and tidy, which was a plus. However, there were some minor issues with the car I purchased, and it took longer than expected to get them fixed. Overall, an average experience.
