Staff did not notify people queuing for long perio...

Staff did not notify people queuing for long periods that there were no slots available. Simple common sense and basic customer service completely lacked here. All they had to do was to speak to the families outside, in the cold, to tell them there was no availability. Instead, people queued to then be told as they reached the front desk that they couldn't go in. Very disappointing and ruined a day out!
