I purchased a great guitar from an online store recently. The instrument is amazing and the sound quality is superb. The compact size makes it perfect for traveling. Despite these positive aspects, the customer service from Journey Instruments was disappointing. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and the information provided was not helpful. It was quite frustrating dealing with them. However, the guitar itself is fantastic and I'm happy with my purchase.
