The experience I had with Sapphire Arts was a bit disappointing. The delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was not great. However, the quality of the art supplies I received was good. I contacted their customer service to address my concerns and they were helpful in resolving the issue. Although I had some issues, I appreciate their effort in providing good products and customer support.
