Communication with Barry was clear and fast. I arrived in the evening and got detailed instructions how to check in. Room and bath were clean and generously stuffed with amenities. One window was not tightly shut but after telling Jeff, he fixed it next day. WiFi is complimentary. In the living / breakfast room, drinks were provided and there was a plate of homemade cookies waiting. You should definitely have breakfast! Return on investment is definitely much better than in the big chain hotels. During the three days of my stay I got double chocolate bacon waffles, scrambled eggs with mushrooms and cheese, and a cinnamon bagel pecan pie, all served with fresh fruit. Coffee, tea, milk and homemade granola were provided as well. This is really a gem of a B&B and Barry and Jeff are outstanding hosts. I cannot but recommend the Scarborough Fair B&B.
