I recently worked with a real estate company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the properties available. However, I found the communication a bit lacking as it took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries. The agents were knowledgeable and professional, but I felt the personalized touch was missing. Additionally, the company's social media presence could be improved as it lacked regular updates and engagement with the audience.
