I have been a customer of Scau for several years now, and I must say that their service has always been average. While they have a wide range of products and decent prices, their customer support is lacking. It takes forever to get a response from them, and when you finally do, it's usually not very helpful. I have had several instances where I needed assistance with my orders, and it always felt like a hassle dealing with their support team. Overall, I would rate Scau as an average company.
