I recently discovered the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America and I can't recommend them enough! Their website, gluten.org, is full of valuable information about gluten-free living. The recipes are delicious and easy to follow, and the articles provide a wealth of knowledge. I also appreciate the support group meetings they organize, which create a sense of community and encouragement. Thank you!
