I recently used the services of this company and I have to say, the experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information, but I found the overall service to be a bit lacking. I had to reach out multiple times for updates and sometimes felt like I was not a priority. Although they eventually addressed my concerns, it took longer than expected. 🤔 I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and responsiveness. If they can work on these areas, they could provide a much better experience for their clients.
