As a small business owner, I was intrigued by the promise of an all-in-one system at 17hats. However, my experience was a bit underwhelming. On the positive side, the platform does offer a range of features like client management, project tracking, and invoicing, which is convenient for streamlining business tasks. However, I found the interface to be a bit clunky and not as intuitive as I had hoped. Navigating through the different features felt cumbersome at times. Additionally, the customer support was not as responsive as I had expected, leaving me feeling a bit frustrated when I needed assistance. Overall, 17hats has potential, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and customer service.
