As a customer, I found the selection of plants and trees at this company to be quite diverse. However, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the overall disorganization at the nursery. It was difficult to find staff members for assistance, and when I did, their knowledge about the products was limited. The website was informative, but the actual experience at the nursery did not live up to the online presentation. It would be beneficial for the company to invest in better training for their staff and improve the overall customer experience. While the quality of the products was satisfactory, the lack of customer service left much to be desired.
