Holman parts distribution is an average company. Their service is decent, but they are not outstanding in any way. I would say they are just alright. The website is easy to navigate and ordering parts is fairly straightforward. However, there have been a few instances where I received incorrect parts or parts that were damaged during shipping. It's not a deal breaker, but it can be frustrating. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
