I recently used the services of this company and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. Their website is user-friendly and informative, with a wide range of services offered. However, the customer service was lacking. I found it difficult to get a timely response to my inquiries, and when I did, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The actual service I received was average at best, and I felt like there was a lack of attention to detail. Overall, I wouldn't say my experience was terrible, but it definitely wasn't exceptional. I hope they can work on improving their customer service to better serve their clients. 🙂
