I recently had some work done on my roof by the company. While the quality of the work was decent, the communication and planning left something to be desired. I found it a bit frustrating to get a hold of someone when I had questions or concerns, and the project took a bit longer than originally estimated. The workers were polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, I think the company could improve their customer service and project management to ensure a smoother experience for their clients. Overall, the end result was satisfactory but the process could have been more efficient.
