First, when I entered I had to wait until someone else came for service too.

Second I was told it takes an hour for the service. Then I was told it needs some more service, which I declined for that time.
I asked how long it takes and told 15 min. Right now I have been waiting for almost an hour after I was told it takes 15 min.

I saw people who came after me leaving. Feels bad.
