If I could leave a negative star rating I would. This has been a nightmare since it began. We needed to push our trip out a month no problem right? Until Lisa Wagner said her computer glitched and didn t book our flight so we had to now have 3 connectors and a 6.5 hour lay over. Lisa s reply I m sorry it glitched but they did the courtesy of moving your flight what courtesy I paid for insurance. Boca travel and Lisa Wagner are nothing more than cheesy lying sales reps. They do not take care of the customer and straight up lie. After requesting and booking first class and paying for it I received our itinerary and it stated business class. I repetitively asked why it wasn t first class and Lisa s reply was that flight does not offer first class business class is their first class I went on google and asked so these nice pods are our seats? Her reply yes they are. Well I am currently on my flight to find myself sitting in a normal seat on a 9 hour flight. Lisa would not answer my texts or calls and actually blocked me and put me straight to voicemail. Way to wreck the start to our honeymoon Lisa and boca travel.
