This place is the worst. This was one of my favorite clothing brands; not any more. My mom bought me a shirt for my birthday, but it was the wrong size. I thought, No big deal, they will exchange it no problem. NOPE. They said sale is final. No returns, no exchanges, no store credit, nothing. They never told my mom that, who likely would ve got me a gift card instead, so I could pick my own size out. Also, this sales are final policy isn t published anywhere in the store, for people to be put on notice. Basically, never buy anything from these rip-off artists. Way to lose a longtime customer! And you can bet I will tell this story to all my friends and anyone else I see wearing TankFarm clothing.
