Having just moved to the area, securing an off-cycle healthcare plan was a high priority. Going through the web to identify options was tedious and time consuming. A friend referred me to Martin Sheffield for assistance. Yay! Martin was such a resource for getting me enrolled in FloridaBlue & The Marketplace. I'm sure I drove him crazy with all my questions but he was very responsive and knowledgeable in the products and the processes. I look forward to continuing to work with him.
