I would like to express my enormous gratitude to Mike Ramirez. I recently received a bill that almost gave me a panic attack but mike was there to help me every step of the process. He managed to fix the issue and kept me posted every time something was done. He was very easygoing and good-natured, quick to respond to my emails which helped relieve my anxiety.
