Kevin Larose was referred to us by friends & neighbours, for whom he had managed the sale of their house and the purchase of a condo, as they were delighted with his professionalism. Nevertheless, we did our own homework by interviewing two of Kevin s competitors and then Kevin himself.
Kevin beat his competitors hands down on all aspects of our selection criteria. And much to our amazement throughout our time working with Kevin and his team, they consistently exceeded the very high expectations formed during our initial meeting.
1. Client Focus : Kevin gained our trust at the outset as he focused on getting to know us and gaining an understanding of our needs rather than selling his services. This laser focus on meeting our needs was consistently and remarkably demonstrated by the entire Larose Team.
2. Communication: Kevin is extremely personable, as are his colleagues. He is very open and easy to connect with and is an excellent communicator. What blew us away was the frequency and quality of communications between his team and us we got to choose our preferred mode of communication and were continually kept in the loop on all aspects of the process of preparing our property for sale and during the sales process itself. We have never experienced such a finely honed communication process over decades of countless relationships covering a broad range of consumer businesses.
3. Business Know-How: The depth and breadth of Kevin s knowledge of the real estate business and the local market was clearly evident in our initial conversations with him and underscored by the impressive results he achieved. Kevin and his team carefully staged and marketed our home brilliantly so that it would appeal most directly and effectively to our target market. We signed with the Larose Team on September 12, 2019 and were visited that very day by Marlene Baur Larose, who oversaw all aspects of the staging process. Staging, photography and preparation of marketing materials were completed in time for an exclusive open house on September 21. Our property was listed on MLS on September 24 and on September 26 we received two offers and we accepted an unconditional offer at 100% of the listed price. A very impressive result following an intense investment of 15 days work by a talented team of professionals and well worth the very competitive fees charged. Not surprisingly, we ve engaged the Larose team to help us find our new home!
