I have been a customer of The Leeds Wall for several months now and I must say that my experience has been average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, however, there have been times when I felt that they were not as knowledgeable as I would have liked them to be. The facilities are well-maintained, but occasionally overcrowded. Overall, it's an okay place to climb, but it could definitely be better.
