I got in touch with Language Matters as they posted a job I was interested in, and wrote an email to the agency's general enquiries address. Deborah was very quick in getting back to me, and she informed me that the position I was after was already filled, but immediately she told me about another very prestigious role that she thought would be perfect for me. After discussing in detail the requirements of the job in relations to my skills and experience, we agreed that the role was a great fit for me and therefore she would forward my CV to her client. Through Deborah the company arranged to interview me, and after three interviews I was offered the job. This experience with Deborah and Language Matters is by far the best I've ever had with a Recruiting Agency, and I am very grateful to Deborah for the outstanding work she's done with me. She is a very engaging, enthusiastic and warm person, so friendly and easy to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable and experienced. She supported me all the way through the recruitment process, giving me plenty of information, advice, suggestions, and reaching out for feedback promptly after each interview stage. Her insights have been very precious to me, and thanks to her input and feedback I managed to pass each stage, until I was finally offered the job. Before the interview process begun, she also organised a French language test for me with her French colleague, as I was unsure how to rate my level of knowledge in this language on my CV. My experience with Language Matters and specifically Deborah has been amazing. The overall support given to me was beyond expectations, I had a fantastic experience.
