#IMAGE THE CLOTHING STORE MANAGEMENT IS A DISGRACE...

#IMAGE THE CLOTHING STORE MANAGEMENT IS A DISGRACE. I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM IRVING MALL FROM IMAGE TWO DAYS PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO EXCHANGE THE UNWORN ITEM WHICH WAS A BLAZER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. UNFORTUNATELY THAT IMAGE DID NOT HAVE THAT ITEM IN SHOCK IN MY SIZE THEREFORE I ATTEMPTED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT BLAZER. WHEN I PURCHASED THE BLAZER FROM IRVING MALL IT WAS THE LAST ONE ON THE RACK AND IT DIDN'T HAVE A TAG HOWEVER THEY HAD THE BLAZER ON ONE OF THE DISPLAY DOLLS N THE WINDOW HENCE THE REASON Y I STOPPED (I'VE NEVER SHOPPED AT IMAGE B4 but THAT BLAZER CAUGHT MY EYE WHILE WALKING BY) THE CHECK OUT GIRL WENT N TOOK THE BLAZER OFF DISPLAY AND SCANNED IT SINCE THE ONE I WANTED TO BUY DIDN'T HAVE A TAG. SO UPON MY ATTEMPT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM AT THE IMAGE IN THIS MALL I HAD MY RECEIPT AND I PAID WITH CASH. THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULDN'T EXCHANGE IT WITHOUT A TAG AND TOLD ME TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE IMAGE I BOUGHT IT FROM I SAID THAT'S NOT CONVENIENT FOR ME AND THIS IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE IN YOUR STORE POLICY THAT I MUST DO THIS. SO SHE SAID WELL LET ME CALL OVER TO THAT STORE AND ASK IF THEY SOLD U THIS ITEM WITHOUT A TAG I SAID THANK YOU SHE MAKES A CALL AND STARTED SPEAKING IN CHINESE AND WALKED OFF FROM THE COUNTER AND STARTED FOLDING CLOTHES AROUND THE STORE AND STRAIGHTENING UP THINGS 5 MINUTES LATER SHE CAME BACK AND SAID AH YEA WE CAN'T EXCHANGE WITHOUT TAG. I STOOD THERE SHOCKED BY WHAT I JUST HEARD AND OBSERVED. THEN SHE SAID HERE YOU CAN TALK TO THE STORE MANAGER OVER THERE AND HANDED ME THE PHONE. THE OTHER LADY ON THE LINE WAS CHINESE AND SAID AH YEA HOW CAN I HELP YOU. (SHOCKED AGAIN) HOWEVER I PROCEEDED TO ENLIGHTEN HER. I HAD THE GIRL NAME WHO CHECKED ME OUT ON THE RECEIPT AND EVERYTHING. SHE SAID WELL LET ME RUN MY CAMERAS BACK TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED HERE I SAID THANNKKK YOUUU AND PROVIDED HER WITH THE TIME STAMPED ON THE RECEIPT AND DATE AND ONCE AGAIN THE GIRL NAME WHO CHECKED ME OUT AND TOLD HER WHAT I WAS WEARING THAT DAY.... SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAIDAH YEA MY CAMERA HASN'T BEEN WORKING I GOT TO GET FOOTAGE FROM CORPORATE.#SHOCKED #AGAIN SO I SAID WELL WHAT ARE Y'ALL GOING TO DO BECAUSE THIS IS A DISGRACE RIGHT NOW. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER THE LADY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE A CORPORATE AND SAID YOU CAN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LAUGHED AND LEFT... #NEVERAGAIN #BOYCOTTIMAGE
