The service is terrible. Staff (administrators, managers) - the entire reception is extremely unethical.
They do not admit their mistakes, they do not ask for forgiveness, they also try to prove their innocence with boorish behavior and rude speech.
There were many shoals. Very disappointed.
Recommended as the best hotel in Krasnaya Polyana. But the hotel has proven itself differently.
Not high-quality staff - but a trash who cannot communicate.
