Benjamin has incompetent staff. They can t recognize information on a prescription, and they can t manage to put all relevant paperwork together for a DME authorization. Then when you ask to speak to Benjamin they refuse to give him the phone or message. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone especially not for help getting a hospital bed.
