Decart INC is an average company. The products and services they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. I have used their website decartmoto.com to purchase a motorcycle and while the process was smooth, the quality of the bike was just average. I wouldn't say it's a bad company, but I was expecting more. I hope they improve their products and services in the future.
