This dealer place is a rip-off. There we had a new battery for our 2010 A3 replaced 2 years ago, and it was broken again, and the dealer gave no reason why it was defective and wanted us to buy a new battery again! We only had this car for 6 years, and already on the 3rd battery!
We will not go back there and will use a different dealer in the future.
