The moment I stepped onto the dealership showroom, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The staff was very accommodating and I felt it was a no-pressure environment. The Sales Manager Daniel was fantastic & my Salesperson Jose was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and was patient when showing me all of the amazing technology features. When Jose was attending to other customers, Tami stepped in and filled the gap seamlessly. Dan in finance was thorough and detailed oriented, something well needed in that arena. I couldn't be happier with my Q5 Audi and the service I experienced. I would refer others to visit Audi San Diego as well, they won't be disappointed!
