Bad experience today with an employee of your security company. As I walked my dog by your building, your security guard comes out and yells at me that dogs aren t allowed on your property. I ll spare you the back and forth, but he claimed that they don t need signs to say no dogs on the property because it s private. That s true and fine, but at least be polite and kind when you inform people of a policy that is posted nowhere and intermittently enforced. You re the only no-dog property around the area and you ought to let people know. Make sure your security staff are either professional and polite, or post no dogs signs. Stop making your neighbors feel bad for having a dog without telling them you don t allow them on your grass or patio.
