first I want to bring attention to the kind staff. It is a good place to stay if you plan to spend time and money on taxis every time you want to leave the hotel. The hotel is on a highway and is difficult to access. When you order an uber it either takes 20 mins for them to arrive or there are no ubers close to the area. Even the reception recommends to order your taxi in 30 mins advance. The room is clean but it is missing simple things which makes me wonder how is this even a 4 star hotel: hair dryer, soap, ear/facial cleaning kit, slippers, bathrobe and most important a minibar. The closest supermarket or kiosk is 20 mins away, so you will spend 1 hour for a roundtrip including spending time at the shop. the bed is pretty uncomfortable. My back has been hurting as if I was sleeping on the floor. Pillows are really cheap quality :( Overall I did not enjoy atayong 4 days here, as I didn t feel free in going out. Everything had to be planned, as I wanted to spend as few taxi rides a day as possible. Unfortunately uberEats do not serve to this area and this hotel has no reataurent or bar of minibar or anything. There is also no iron in the room. Perhaps it is there if requested but what is this hotel for rly if u cant even iron ur clothes for the business u are here for. Obviousky this hotel is not in the city or has any attractions nearby.
