I don t know if, the VA people who answers calls make things complicated for veterans on purpose or just simply do not care about us. It s not possible that every single time someone calls you stay in hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. I make appointments with vascular clinic, were they canceled my surgery twice in consecutive months of the new appointments because the surgeon wasn t showing those days, but now I tried to cancel my appointment due to a new job I started and can get ahold of the front desk or speak to anyone due to operators taking other calls and end up on waiting again. I hope one day the VA system administration people start doing things on a better manner.
