At first, we liked the inventory, but Mr. Parnian, his daughter and the associates have a "hands-off" sales style that we weren't used to. At first, I thought it was indifference, but I realized it was their manner. We bought some furniture there and I feel we got a reasonable deal. Their inventory is not low-end in any degree be it quality or presentation. Leila Parnian has an enthusiasm for her trade that is rare. The associates Krystal and Shaina are quite helpful as well. There is an understated accommodating professionalism at Parnian that is quite appropriate to Arizona. Parnian is not on Fifth Avenue, nor Rodeo Drive. It's an incredibly refreshing customer service experience. They also custom manufacture beautiful furnishings. They have some Bird's-eye maple desks that are exquisite. If you want to shop for modern European home furnishings that aren't particle-board from a sweat-shop sponsored by Ikea and be treated in an exemplary way; Parnian should make your short-list.
