Fabrik are con artists and lie to your face

This company has provided me with the worst investment and assistance I have ever had in my life.
Matt is the person who was dealing with me and he actively lied and with held information from me. The property was in very poor condition and he told various people to with hold this information from me, his words were 'don't tell the buyer as he may withdraw from the purchase' Once I had acquired the property all this came to light.
He sold the property to me with active tenants in the takeaway, telling me that a large amount of money had been spent upgrading the takeaway. My solicitor found that there was no active lease on the takeaway 1 week before completion. Matt was with holding this information from me, I found this out when I was already several thousand into the process of acquiring the property.
He took a massive fee from the seller, none of this was discussed.
He insisted a bridging loan was needed due to the buyer being in a rush, this was not the case.
He had a desktop valuation done of the property which is clearly false to over value the property
He informed me I was purchasing it under value, when I did in fact purchase it at over value.
I have had to spend a ridiculous amount of money on this property and it still is not bringing any money on at all.
Matt and Fabrik are essentially con artists that do not care about their customers.
AVOID FABRIK AT ALL COSTS!
