I had an average experience with Consons electronic technology ltd. The website, consons.com, was well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and did not provide useful information. I also had some issues with the product I purchased, but it took a long time to get a resolution.
