I've been a customer of Iglus for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do have a good selection of products, their customer support can be lacking at times. I've had to wait on hold for long periods of time and sometimes the representatives don't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
