I have been using Reep industries - india for a few months now and I must say, the overall experience has been average. The customer service is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response, which can be frustrating. However, the quality of the products is good and they always deliver on time. Overall, I would rate them as average.
