Planet Pilates is a fantastic company. Their instructors are highly skilled and create a supportive environment for beginners like me. The classes are challenging but achievable, and I can already feel my body getting stronger. I'm happy I found Planet Pilates, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their fitness level.
