I have mixed feelings about Synuma. While their website is easy to use and their products are of good quality, the customer service could use improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and resolve an issue I had with an order. However, once they did, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate them 3.5 stars out of 5.
