I have been a customer of Sierra Asset Management, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The company website, sierra-asset.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have had some issues with their customer support. The response time is slow and sometimes I feel like my concerns are not being addressed adequately. Overall, I would say that Sierra Asset Management, Inc. is an okay company to do business with.
