As a first time home buyer the entire process can seem pretty intimidating. Scott walked me through every step of the way and made sure that he explained exactly what he was doing, what was required, why this was needed... he even offered tips and help with steps outside of the mortgage process and made me feel comfortable with every part of the purchase.
