Fixed cost repair service at electrolux. I ordered this service, I was assured that the oven would be repaired. 600 PLN paid in advance. A service technician came and does not approach the matter very professionally. The oven is clearly not working properly and for the service technician it is functional. He made a diagnosis that the device is functional and went. And he didn't really check anything. And I was left with the oven not working. I reported the incident to the electrolux hotline but no one was willing to help me somehow. I was only informed that I would get a refund less the cost of the service technician's arrival. And when I ordered the service, I was assured that the service would definitely repair the device. The service charged me PLN 180 for the arrival. I do not recommend to anyone. And I didn't get my money back. Caution.
