I have been a customer of P&r trading / shaw industries netherlands for a few years now and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I have ordered from them multiple times, and although there have been a few hiccups in the delivery process, overall it has been a smooth experience. I appreciate their prompt response to my queries and the helpfulness of their customer support team.
