I had the pleasure of dining at Lower East Cafe and I must say it was an average experience. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The service was prompt and friendly, but again, nothing to write home about. Overall, it was an okay place to grab a quick bite, but I don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon.
