I have been using Genesis publisher svc for a while now and I must say it has been an average experience. The website, genesispubservices.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The customer service could be better as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, it's not a bad company but there is room for improvement.
