I am a CUSTOMER of Critiware s.r.l. and I have to say that their services are average. The website is well-designed, but I expected more from their customer support. The response time was slow, and I had to wait for several days to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
