I have been a customer of Transcosmos inc. for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The support team is knowledgeable and responsive. However, there have been a few instances where my issues were not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate Transcosmos inc. as an average company.
