As a customer, I recently purchased a gift basket from this company, and I must say that my experience was average. The website, better-gifts-and-giftbaskets.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the selection of gift baskets to be somewhat limited and lacking in creativity. The quality of the products included in the basket was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The packaging was decent, but it didn't have that wow factor that I was hoping for. The delivery process was efficient, and my order arrived on time. The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a query. Overall, although the company met my basic expectations, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of product variety, presentation, and overall customer experience.
